The material inside a pillow is called the FILL
The density of your pillow, sometimes referred to as firmness or supportiveness, is due to the type and amount of FILL material used inside. Depending on your preferred sleep position, certain densities better support your body during sleep.
Although sleeping pillows range in density from extra soft to extra firm, most people prefer medium density pillows, generally purchased by a spouse or partner with the chore of trying to find pillows suitable to both parties which rarely happens. Oftentimes, neither party is happy, because his shoulders are broader than hers.
As Far as Videos are concerned, several videos are helpful.

Care and Nurturing
How To Care For Your Pittman Pillow
The Pittman Pillow is filled with a specially formulated, cluster-ball technology fiber to ensure comfort and durability. To maximize the life and performance of this pillow, we suggest the following :
Toasting Your Pillow:
Toasting is an exclusive term coined by Pittman Pillow to demonstrate and explain a unique procedure developed by Ben Pittman to revitalize the loft as often as you wish. The “toasting” technique is made possible due to the physical characteristics of Magic Fill. Toasting will revitalize and restore the loft (thickness) of your pillow. The warmth, generated during toasting on high heat, can also provide an additional level of comfort for your neck. We suggest toasting your pillow at least every 3 weeks. However, pamper yourself just before going to bed as often as you wish. For about 5-8 minutes, the warm pillow will feel heavenly. Toast your pillow by placing it in a dryer on high heat for 20-30 minutes with 3 Pillow Poppers (tennis balls) Run the dryer for 20 minutes on high heat.
Washing:
- Fill your washing machine with warm, soapy water.
- Place the pillow in the machine and hold it under the water until completely soaked.
- Use the large load setting, gentle cycle.
- Do not wash more than one pillow at a time, but add other items to balance the load.
Drying: Dry the pillow using three Pillow Poppers. (tennis balls). Use the medium heat dryer setting in 15-minute increments until dry.
